Requirements & Policies

Enrollment Submission Requirements:

  • Print out your completed enrollment packet.
  • Hand-deliver your application with the appropriate documents (birth certificate, immunization record, proof of residency).
  • Out-of-state applicants may submit documentation using a certified delivery mail service (USPS certified delivery, FEDEX, etc).

Eligible Residents: Any student residing within the Columbia School District may enroll. If the parent/guardian is not a resident of Columbia School District you must contact the district administration office at 517-592-6641. A School of Choice application must be completed before enrollment forms can be submitted.

Transportation: Students enrolled will receive transportation. The Transportation Department will determine the type of route for students.
